Allergy Testing
You will be tested for the most frequent geographically specific mold and airborne allergens. Our testing ranges from dust mites, proteins from pet hair and dander, trees, grass and weed pollens, molds to cockroach droppings. The allergy testing is especially helpful for patients who suffer with asthma, allergic pneumonia, conjunctivitis, undiagnosed cough, dermatitis, sinusitis, and urticaria.
Once we determine which allergens are involved, we will administer immunotherapy. Allergen immunotherapy is a form of treatment aimed at decreasing your sensitivity to substances called allergens. Immunotherapy involves introducing increasing amounts of an allergen to a patient over several months through injections or a sublingual spray.
Lab Testing
If you are not feeling your best or are wanting to be proactive about your health, a blood test is a good starting point. We offer a full range of clinical lab tests to support your health and well-being. Our lab testing services may include an annual wellness panel, C-reactive Protein, diabetic panel, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), glucose, hemoglobin A-1C diabetic monitoring, testosterone, thyroid panel, and more.
DIGITAL X RAYS
MultiCare Medical is a state-of-the-art medical facility offering hospital grade digital X-ray technology. With the ability to produce excellent quality images, our providers are able to give a more accurate diagnosis.
WORK PHYSICALS
Work physicals or pre-employment screenings can help decide if an employee is able to physically perform a job. Work physicals can help reduce employee turnover and direct costs by confirming the job applicant can safely perform their job functions before they go through hiring and training.
HORMONE REPLACEMENT / BIOTE
MultiCare Medical offers a method of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) using pellet therapy. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is a way to bioidentically replace the hormones both men and women lose over the course of their lives. Our clinic uses bioidentical hormone therapy to balance hormones in a way that helps patients reclaim their health.
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy can come in many forms including oral, topical, and pellet forms. Hormone replacement using pellets has many advantages over other hormone modalities including the consistent administration offered by the BioTE method approach. This prevents the rollercoaster effect patients often experience with other forms of hormone replacement therapy.

SCHOOL PHYSICALS
At MultiCare Medical, our compassionate medical professionals take time to ensure each child’s health is a top priority and is prepared for the challenges of the school year ahead. Our physicals entail a thorough examination, a review of past medical conditions, and an assessment of current medical conditions.
BOTOX FOR MIGRAINES
Botox is best known for its ability to reduce wrinkles but there is another major advantage of Botox. In 2010, the FDA approved the use of Botox for migraines after researchers began to see a decrease in chronic migraines after Botox injections.
Relief from migraines is significant as many patients report a drastic decrease in frequency and duration of their migraines.
TRIGGER POINT INJECTIONS
A Trigger Point Injection (TPI) is a procedure used to treat painful areas of muscle that contain “trigger points,” or knots of muscle that form when a muscle is in a state of chronic contraction. Many times, such knots can be felt under the skin. A trigger point is basically a small area of tightly contracted muscle that can actually limit its own blood supply, which many irritate the nerves surrounding it. A small amount of a numbing substance is injected into the trigger point, or knot of muscle, to relieve the pain and tightness.
VITAMIN INJECTIONS
Vitamin injections are a way to ensure the body gets 100% of the recommended dosage. We can not easily absorb and utilize the vitamins and nutrients that are taken orally due to stress, toxins, or unbalanced gastrointestinal function. Vitamin injections are also helpful for people who do not like swallowing pills or have trouble remembering to do so. Many benefits of B12 Vitamin injections include:
- Increased energy
- Boosted metabolism
- Reduction of sugar cravings
- Improved mood
- Increased endurance
- Decreased recovery time
- Mental clarity and focus
- Headache relief
- Improved sleep
- Healthy hair, skin, and nails
- Cardiovascular support
- Nervous system support
- Weight loss support
SPHENOPALATINE GANGLION (SPG)
The Sphenopalatine Ganglion (SPG) is a group of nerve cells linked to one of the main nerves involved in headaches. The SPG is located behind the nose and carries the pain sensation. A SPG block is a safe and effective migraine treatment with a low risk rate. The pain relief is felt almost immediately but may take a few days to reach the full benefit. The day of the procedure, you should be able to travel to the office and drive home afterwards. No sedating medications are needed for the procedure. During the procedure, you will be asked to lie on your back with your head extended. A device will be gently placed into one nostril, and the catheter is precisely placed. A numbing medication will be pushed through the syringe, and the catheter will be taken out. The procedure is then performed in the other nostril. The total time per nostril is about 15 seconds. If you suffer from migraines and are looking for an effective migraine treatment, call MultiCare Medical to discuss the SPG Block.
